What makes TIVMS different from other entrepreneurship programs?
We’re focused on cultivating strong and capable entrepreneurs.
We do this by coaching and guiding you through challenges so that you own your decisions, rather than relying on others for answers.
We have designed our program to support entrepreneurs at various stages of the entrepreneurial journey but there are things we are looking for in your venture and you as an individual when evaluating the fit of candidates.
Venture Considerations
- Must be incorporated and have an operating business.
- Your venture can be from any industry or sector, within the Edmonton region.
- A venture that is scalable and/or working towards growth, as such, while there are many great entrepreneurs with lifestyle businesses, we work with ventures that have the potential to make as broad an impact as possible.
- Demonstration of commitment to the venture with at least one co-founder working in the venture full time.
- We cater to both ventures that are starting to gain traction and to mid to later stage with significant revenues, who are mainly looking to take their businesses to the next level of growth.
Entrepreneur Considerations
Desire to grow and a willingness to learn – our program is designed to give entrepreneurs the opportunity to let down their walls and really challenge themselves to grow in the areas that are going to help them learn how to be the best leader.
